• 30% Deposit Required: Upon booking, a 30% deposit of the total retreat cost is required to secure your reservation.
  
  
• Cancellation in More Than One Month Before Retreat Start Date:
  – If you cancel your reservation more than one month before the retreat start date, you are eligible for a full payback of your deposit.
• Cancellation Between One Month and Two Weeks Before Retreat Start Date:
  – If you cancel your reservation between one month and two weeks before the retreat start date, a 20% payback of your deposit will be provided.
• Cancellation Within Two Weeks Before Retreat Start Date:
  – If you cancel your reservation within two weeks before the retreat start date, no payback of your deposit will be provided.

Please note:
– The deposit is non-transferable and can only be refunded according to the terms outlined above.
– Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or letter to be considered valid.
– Failure to attend the retreat without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
