Paneurhythmia is a ritualistic and philosophical dance that combines movement, music, and meditation. It was first developed by the Bulgarian master Peter Deunov in the early 20th century, and later introduced in France by his disciple and equally great master, Omraam Mickael Aivanhov, who then helped spread it to the western world.
The sacred ritual consists of 28 movements, each one containing mystical symbolic significance. It is designed to help harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, and often performed outdoors in nature or archeological sites, specifically in places with beautiful scenery and positive energy.
It is a dance performed by couples moving in an anticlockwise motion circling around a centre, the music band. The centre symbolizes the spirit, the sun, the light, while the circumference represents matter and the three-dimentional world we live in.
It is danced in the morning hours and the most suitable time of the year for its performance is from the 22nd of march until the 22nd of september.
People of all ages can participate as the movements are quite mild and easy to perform. You are encouraged to not only come into union with yourself but also with others. These purification exercises will help focus the mind and strengthen the body, expanding levels of consciousness, and filling your being with feelings of joy, serenity, and harmony.

Konstantinos was born and raised in Chios. From a young age, he was interested in self-knowledge, and upon moving permanently to Athens, he engaged in philosophy and his studies simultaneously. Influenced by various philosophical currents, he sought answers to metaphysical questions and connected with significant teachings and teachers of the time.
Since 2007, he has been organizing gatherings for practicing the dance of Paneurythmy in nature and excursions to sacred sites in Greece, aiming to experience harmony, connect with nature, and foster community.
Currently, he coordinates Paneurythmy meetings at Filopappou Park in central Athens and organizes intensive seminars to teach the dance in Athens and other Greek cities.
He is also involved in Sociocracy and conscious circle discussions as tools for decision-making and raising awareness in groups, associations, businesses, and communities. He is interested in the holistic approach to humans, the practical experience of philosophy, and its application in everyday life.
