Eleni Yiakoumaki lives and works in Athens.
She graduated from the Philosophical School of Athens and has also studied many different types of dance for a number of years.
At the center of these studies is ancient Greek dance and theater, wheres she studied at the Ancient Orchesis study group and at the Dora Stratou dance theater. In recent years she has been studying botanology and aromatherapy. Combining her knowledge, studies and experiences she has dedicated her life to inspiring women and all people to remember their true nature, to be healthy in all areas and at all levels and to discover the unique , their natural movement. She emphasizes the stages of a woman’s life, menstruation, pregnancy and motherhood.
She uses as tools dances inspired by ancient cultures as well as herbs and flowers of nature.
The morning begins with a serene yoga practice at 7:30, set against the backdrop of our yoga deck nestled among ancient olive trees. Following this revitalizing session, indulge in a light breakfast featuring fresh fruit smoothies and nourishing nuts.
The rest of the day is yours to embrace—whether you choose to bask in the natural beauty of the land, pamper yourself with a rejuvenating treatment, or embark on an exploration through one of our curated excursions. At 1 pm, join us for a wholesome lunch!
