A QUICK OVERVIEW

Morning Sessions

The morning Sessions will fill us with energy for the day, to enjoy exploring the Icelandic nature.

Meditation & Breathwork: We will start our day practicing techniques to cultivate concentration, energy and relaxation.

Through meditation, we will have the opportunity to perceive and accept our thoughts and feelings. This relaxation process is particularly beneficial, as it allows the body and mind to rest and renew.

Morning Yoga: Morning Yoga aims to strengthen breathing awareness and body movement. We will start our day with a beneficial practice for the body increasing the flow of energy in our body.

Afteroon Sessions

The afternoon Sessions will gently guide us towards relaxation and rejuvenation, while we will have the opportunity to connect more through the Gratitude Circle process.

Yin Yoga Fusion: A deeply relaxing practice to promote mindfulness and inner peace.

Journaling: The Power of Writing. A method of expression so that you can deepen your experience and get inspiration that will help you in your everyday life.

Gratitude Circle: In the gratitude circle we will have the opportunity to share thoughts and experiences for which each of us feels grateful. This process creates an atmosphere of emotional support and social connection.

The Spirit Farm

 

Spirit Farm presents an ideal sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation amidst Iceland’s awe-inspiring landscape. Conveniently located just an hour away from Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, and a mere 15- minute drive from Selfoss, this tranquil retreat offers a spacious living room with breathtaking views, a generously-sized cozy area for yoga, meditation, and other activities, and ample outdoor space for quiet reflection and immersion in nature.

At Spirit Farm, specific areas such as the living room, dining room, and outdoor spaces are designated as Phone-Free Zones. This ensures that participants refrain from using their phones, with the main goal being to promote disconnection from devices and daily routines. The intention is to create a focused environment for meditation tasks and encourage interpersonal bonding among participants.

The retreat embraces the Power of Silence from the moment of morning awakening until breakfast. This deliberate silence fosters a harmonious start to the day, allowing participants to immerse themselves in natural sounds and cultivating a serene atmosphere for everyone involved.

During our Retreat we will have the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing Natural Sauna & Cold Bath session which will be the basic detoxification tool for our skin. The sauna, combined with a cold refreshing bath, aims to adapt the body to adverse temperature conditions and ultimately restore its balance.

Throughout the stay at the Spirit Farm, the dietary offerings will be centered around Vegetarian options.

Car and driving style information

We’ll be traversing Iceland using 4×4 vehicles like Dacia Duster or similar models, adopting a self-drive approach for independence and the ability to explore extensively. With a total of 3 jeeps, accommodating one car per 4-5 individuals.

Our itinerary largely follows the Ring Road, a primary route offering ease of navigation. Throughout the week-long adventure, we anticipate covering approximately 800km, exploring diverse areas along this route.
