Imagine a week in nature, just two minutes from Kavos beach, where you can play freely and leave behind thoughts and worries. Allow yourself to express and unfold spontaneously, while being nourished by nature—through the scents, colors of the Mediterranean landscape, and the delicious tastes of high-quality fruits and vegetables.

This retreat is for those who want to reconnect with their inner child, to offer love and support to any conscious or unconscious wounds, and ultimately to overcome them and live with joy—expressing the healthy child within.

🧘‍ The retreat is guided by experienced yoga teachers and a psychologist. It provides support at every stage and promotes healing with ease and joy, through play, artistic activities, and group work. It’s the perfect opportunity to express your creativity and freedom in its purest form!

🥗 NUTRITION:
We provide a carefully curated menu with two healthy vegetarian meals per day and one snack, designed to support physical and mental well-being. Ask us about gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free options or fresh local seafood.

🗓️ SCHEDULE INCLUDES:

✨ Two yoga classes daily
✨ Delicious brunch, dinner and one snack each day
✨ Meditations, sound healing with thunder cymbals

🏠 ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation is in an Art House with five rooms featuring two single beds each, one room with a double bed, a spacious garden, extra rooms in the atrium ideal for relaxing and group activities, a large veranda with stunning sea views, and two yoga platforms (one with a sunset view).

Sensitive to the socio-political situation in our country, we are offering Greek citizens a 15% discount on the original price of our retreats.

Price (excluding VAT): €800.00

🚗 GETTING THERE:

Our Retreat Center is located at Kavos Beach in Evia.

Driving from Athens to Kavos Beach takes approximately 3.5 hours by car.

We offer private transfers from central Athens to our Retreat Center at a cost of €100 + VAT for a one-way trip or €200 + VAT for a round trip.
If you prefer to travel by public transportation, you can take a KTEL bus from Athens (Liosion Station 260) to Loutra Aidipsou, which is the closest bus stop to our retreat.

The KTEL journey takes approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes. From there, you’ll need an additional 40-minute vehicle transfer to Kavos Beach, either by taxi or with our own vehicle for an extra charge.
