🧘‍ We welcome you to a 3-day retreat of nourishment and relaxation, supported by the ancient Indian medicine and art of life known as “Ayurveda.”

Ayurveda approaches humans as a whole, examining the influence of the five elements on individuals, the hours of the day, the seasons, and observing the relationships between the microcosm and the macrocosm, offering natural health solutions.

A proposal for self-care through yoga, breathing exercises, vegetarian diet, and Ayurvedic counseling by specialized instructors.

✨ It is an invitation for self-care through yoga, breathing practices, vegetarian nutrition, and counseling based on Ayurveda, guided by expert instructors. The benefits of this three-day retreat include rejuvenation and the beginning of understanding our interaction with the environment (external stimuli, food, herbs, aromas, exercise, and breath).

By bringing our awareness to these aspects, we can implement effective health prevention practices and identify the qualities that can restore balance in our lives in simple and accessible ways.

🥗 NUTRITION:
We provide a carefully curated menu with two healthy vegetarian meals per day and one snack, designed to support physical and mental well-being. Ask us about gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free options or fresh local seafood.

🏠 ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation is in an Art House with five rooms featuring two single beds each, one room with a double bed, a spacious garden, extra rooms in the atrium ideal for relaxing and group activities, a large veranda with stunning sea views, and two yoga platforms (one with a sunset view).

🚗 GETTING THERE:

Our Retreat Center is located at Kavos Beach in Evia.

Driving from Athens to Kavos Beach takes approximately 3.5 hours by car.

We offer private transfers from central Athens to our Retreat Center at a cost of €100 + VAT for a one-way trip or €200 + VAT for a round trip.
If you prefer to travel by public transportation, you can take a KTEL bus from Athens (Liosion Station 260) to Loutra Aidipsou, which is the closest bus stop to our retreat.

The KTEL journey lasts approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes. From there, a 40-minute vehicle transfer is needed to reach Kavos Beach – by taxi or our vehicle (additional charge applies).
