By engaging with these elements, we engage with life itself. We are excited to invite you to a retreat aiming to deepen your connection with nature and self within.

What is it the greatest alchemy rather than the self transformation?  Throughout this journey, the principles of the five elements will be intricately woven into our daily practices. From yoga  that resonates with the elemental energies, to meals and activities.

Empowerment

The five elements influence every season, every time of day, and each organ in our bodies. Cultivating an awareness of their presence and qualities, empowers us to better listen to our needs and intuitively seek balance in our lives.

This enriching experience is set in our retreat center in Ancient Nemea, a land cradled in myth and beauty. Here, the ancient wisdom of Vastu—India’s architectural system that champions well-being—and the Hellenic tradition through Platonic solids gracefully converge.

Sacred Dwelling Harmony Artisan

From a young age, Avgerinos has been dedicated to seeking truth and promoting global welfare. His exploration over the last decade includes radioesthesia, botany, Vastu, electroculture, paramagnetism, and creating orgonite. With a background in international tourism business management, he now focuses on enhancing the vibrational qualities of elements and environments, specializing in the transformative powers of alchemical practices.

Marianna Malliaroudaki

Yoga Instructor

Marianna’s passion for Yoga, sparked in childhood and deepened by a transformative trip to India, has grown over 13 years of practice and teaching. She owns a successful Yoga studio, organizes retreats, and offers Teacher Trainings, continuously promoting the benefits of Yoga while embracing lifelong learning.

The morning begins with a serene yoga practice at 7:30, set against the backdrop of our yoga deck nestled among ancient olive trees. Following this revitalizing session, indulge in a light breakfast featuring fresh fruit smoothies and nourishing nuts.

As the sun begins to set, it’s time for an evening practice! Dive into the transformative realms of yoga, meditation, pranayama, gong baths, ceremonies, or self-liberation seminars, each offering a unique path to self-discovery.

At evening we gather for dinner—an experience of conscious eating that transcends the ordinary. Our Wellness Symposium unfolds amidst the olive field at our outdoor dining hall.

Her teachings merge Hellenic wisdom and genuine Yoga practices, enhanced by her psychology background. This unique approach delves into the human psyche, fostering holistic well-being.
